RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

You may receive a full store credit for furnishings purchased in our store that has not yet been delivered or picked-up. This applies to delivery fees and assembly fees as well unless merchandise has been loaded into our delivery trucks or merchandise has been already assembled. If this is the case then all money paid for delivery and assembly will not be refunded or applied towards store credit.

Merchandise that we keep in-stock that has been delivered or picked-up by customer can be exchanged for something else. This merchandise is considered used at the moment customer receives it. It will be charged a 30% restocking fee and must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and must include all accessories, hardware and instructions. Special Order merchandise (items we don’t keep in stock), will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Exclusions

Showroom/Floor Model 

Merchandise in our showroom floor “Clearance”, “As-Is”, or “Close-Out” have 3 days to refund or exchangeable if item is damaged broken are missing pieces. Please inspect this merchandise prior to purchase. Merchandise could have dents & scratches and are considered acceptable by customer upon purchasing.

Damaged Merchandise

If new merchandise has been damaged after it has left the store, it is excluded from refunds and store credit. Customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise for any damages. If any, please let us know as soon as possible.
